03User Representation

You will maintain the accuracy of information.
You have the legal capacity to comply.
You will not use the Site for illegal purpose.

04Event Participation

Participation in Halal Eat Street events as a vendor, sponsor, or attendee is subject to specific event guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone who violates our community standards or safety protocols.

All vendors must adhere strictly to the halal guidelines provided by our certification partners. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

05Fees and Payments

We accept various forms of payment through our secure portals. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Fees for vendor stalls and sponsorships are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event-specific booking agreement.

06Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN OUR EVENTS.

07Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.
